Budtenders Club refund policy
Sponsorships purchased from Budtenders Club may be refunded only if cancelled in writing within the refund period specified below in this policy.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of payment of sponsorship.
“Refund Period”, you may cancel a sponsorship at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund in writing within the refund time frame specified for the sponsorship, if available at all.
Refund period
For all sponsorships, you can cancel within 48 hours of the date of the transaction and receive a full refund.
You may also receive a full refund for any sponsorship you cancel within 90 days of the date of the transaction or more of the event you are to sponsor.
If you purchase a sponsorship and cancel within 60 days of the date of the transaction of the event, we’ll refund half your sponsorship fee.
We offer no refunds for cancellations with less than 60 days’ notice, although you may remove your sponsorship from our event.
Transfer of sponsorship date
It is possible to move your sponsorship to another Budtender Club event instead of the one you paid to sponsor. Please contact Executive Director Brian Offenbonger at brian@budtendersclub.org to discuss your situation.
